The brochure came about thanks to relaunch funds from Flemish Minister of Home Affairs, Administration, Integration and Equal Opportunities Bart Somers. The addition of a section for the elderly came about with the relaunch funds from Flemish Minister of Brussels, Youth, Media and Poverty Reduction Benjamin Dalle.
